Niaochaoplaste—BW super-light hydrophobic aluminum silicate inorganic heat preservation mortar material system with advanced technology is the patent product of our factory and it is the only inorganic heat preservation product which meets national standards. Product characteristics:
It has characteristics such as heat preservation, energy saving, fire resistance and sound insulation and heat transfer coefficient is between 0.054 W (M.K) and 0.091W (M.K). It can resist acid, alkaline and corrosion and it is suitable to use as the soluble coating on the surface. Face bricks can be pasted to high-rise to resist wind pressure.
It has excellent gas permeability without frost in the room. It has a convenient construction without huge labor and technology is the same to that of plastering mortar. It has a quick strength increase with continuous construction to shorten the time limit for the project. It has an excellent climate resistance to resist shock force and it also has a strong economical efficiency and the same service life with buildings and it is several times of that of current heat preservation system.
It can resist cracks, penetration and aging and any part can be constructed easily without dead angles. It is environmental without poison and toxicity so it is suitable to heat preservation of inner and outer walls. Its comprehensive performance is better than that of inorganic heat preservation products such as overhead micro glass beads and expansion pearl stones and so on to overcome disadvantages such as convenience of aging, brittleness, pulverized surface and high moisture absorption and so on of other inorganic products.

2.2.1 Construction method of heat preservation mortar of outer wall with face bricks (and Niaochaoplaste super-light hydrophobic aluminum silicate inorganic heat preservation mortar material system) is as follows:

2. Heat preservation mortar whose thickness is between 15mm and 20mm
1) Plastering flexible putty
A. Plaster flexible putty mortar whose thickness is 3mm for the first time when solidified heat preservation layer reaches a certain thickness.
2) Pasting face bricks:
A. Divide meshes, snap lines and array bricks and dimension of joints of face bricks can not be less than 5mm.
B. Paste wet face bricks by prepared bonding mortar and thickness is between 3mm and 5mm.
